Does Jasmine offer alterations?

Yes we do! JASMINE offers expert alterations on all of gowns and dresses purchased from our store ONLY.

When should I schedule my fitting?

We recommend scheduling alterations 4-8 weeks prior to the event date. Rush fees will applied if items are needed sooner.

What should I bring with me to my alterations appointment?

You must have the shoes you will be wearing with the dress – along with any undergarments to ensure proper length and fit. If you do not have your shoes we cannot fit you.

How many fittings will I need?

Usually 2-3 visits for a perfect fit.

What do alterations cost?

Alterations pricing varies based on the dress style and work being done. If you would like a quote before your alterations, please schedule an appointment.

When do I have to pay for my alterations?

Payment is due at your first alterations appointment, along with any remaining balance you may have on your dress or gown.

What is on-location beauty?

Our makeup artists and hair stylists come to you!!! For the day of the wedding our artists and stylists will come to your home, hotel, or venue to get you and your party get ready for the big day. Please note all trials are held at our retail store Jasmine Galleria in Lombard, IL.

Can I book hair only, or makeup only?

Absolutely!!! We are happy to customize our services.

Is there a minimum order?

For on-location beauty services, we require a minimum $300.00 order.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Shop with someone you know well, and knows you well! Bring friends and family with opinions you value in your decision making process.

How far in advanced do I need to buy my gown?

We recommend 6-9 months, but we can do it sooner!!!

How quickly can I get a dress?

We can order most styles on a quicker delivery, please call us for ship dates. We are a rush wedding specialist!

What size samples do you have in the store?

Most of our samples are size 10 and 12. We carry a large selection of women’s sizes as well.

What do I do when my dress arrives?

Please call and make an appointment to pick up and try on!!! We recommend scheduling your alterations appointment following your pick up, approximately 4 - 8 weeks before your wedding date.

Will you ship my gown out of state?

YES!!! We ship within the United States, additional fees will apply.

How long will delivery take?

Once all your bridesmaids have been sized, measured, confirmed, and made payments your order will be placed. Standard delivery time is 14-16 weeks. We offer rush delivery options for all dresses, please call for additional information.

Can I mix and match my bridesmaids dresses?

YES!!! You can mix and match styles, colors, and fabrics. Our expert consultants are here to help make selections.

What size samples do you have in the store?

Most of our samples are size 10 and 12. We carry a large selection of junior, smaller, and women’s sizes.

Do you offer maternity styles?

Several styles are available in maternity, please contact us if you have additional questions.

What types of Event Coordination do you offer?

Jasmine offers week-of and month-of wedding coordination. We will help with the day-of timeline, make sure everyone is where they are supposed to be – vendors and wedding party, and everything looks absolutely amazing!!! From help with seating charts to help bustling your dress we are at your service.

What do you offer?

Jasmine offers complete wedding and special event floral & décor. We have an in-house floral studio and also offer specialty rentals including but not limited to: Linens, Chiavari Chairs, Pipe and Drape, Uplighting, Candelabras, Pedestals. Contact us for additional information on our offerings. Our inventory is always growing!

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order requirement! We welcome all sized weddings, from intimate to extravagant.

How much should I budget for Floral & Décor?

Each wedding is unique and budgets will vary based on size and style. Contact us for a quote!

Do I need an appointment to shop for mother of the bride?

Yes, appointments are preferred for a complete experience. Walk-in’s are allowed on a first come, first served basis. We recommend calling in advance.

Absolutely! Please note size and color selection will vary.

Are any mother of the bride/groom dresses available for purchase?

Yes, at Jasmine we have hundreds of different styles in many sizes and colors for you to make your selection from. Our sales consultants will work with you to find the perfect dress for you! If you happen to find a dress you love, Jasmine recommends purchasing it right away. If we do not have your color or size available then we can special order it for you.

What sizes are your mother of the bride/groom dresses available in?

All of Jasmine special occasion dresses come in sizes 00 - 30. Jasmine also offers petite sizes in our Mother of the bride/groom collections. Even custom measurements are available for an extra fee. Just ask one of our experienced sales staff for further information.

What do you offer?

Jasmine offers complete wedding and special event photography. We are committed to telling the story of your special day. We provide proposal, engagement, wedding day, and special event photography.

How much is photography?

We have various packages to accommodate your needs as well as various options for photo albums. Please contact us for additional details.

Can I get the digital negatives?

Absolutely!!! All of our packages include rights to digital negatives so you may print/post as many as you would like.

Who do you work with?

We have a variety of in-house photographers we work with. Stephen Orlick is our premier photographer, and we have several others. We welcome you to contact us and look at our portfolios to get familiar with our shooters.

When should I order?

We suggest coming in 6 months + before your wedding to choose your stationery. It’s one of the main components that sets the tone for the evening.

How quickly can I get my order in?

We are happy to rush orders, but please note the proofing process can take up time.

Does Jasmine have a large selection of tuxedos?

Yes, we offer full service tuxedo rentals. We have the largest selection of colors and styles in the area!

Yes!!! They can phone-in measurements, and our expert consultants will assist them in selecting the proper size.

Can I order tuxedo accessories only through Jasmine?

Yes!!! Ties, pocket squares, and vests are available for rent and purchase.

Why should I get videography?

Videography is one of the most beautiful ways to tell the story of your wedding day by capturing every detail and emotion.

Do you offer blu-rays?

Absolutely! We also can provide you a link of your highlight reel so that you may easily share with friends and family.
